Over my 35-year career as a multi-award winning journalist, I’ve interviewed scores of luminaries like the Dalai Lama, Yo-Yo Ma, Patti Smith, James Cameron, Allen Ginsberg and Desmond Tutu.
Along the I have had deep-dive conversations long with 100s of world leaders in politics, religion, science, industry, and the arts.
Still, my heart holds a special place for the countless “non-famous” folks who began our interviews believing they were ordinary, only to discover they were “anything but.”
